Our Approaches

Our research approach is rooted in a community-centric, hybrid model that combines direct implementation and advocacy to create meaningful and sustainable changes. Each program pillar integrates data, lived experience, and policy influence to ensure our work is relevant, effective, and impactful.

Community-Centric and Inclusive

We involve the community from the start, valuing their ideas, experience, and leadership to make sure our programs truly meet their needs and goals.

Hybrid Model: Implementation, Research, Advocacy

  • Implementation: Carrying out programs in education, migration, health, and inclusion.
  • Research: Using data to help us learn and get better.
  • Advocacy: Sharing community voices to change policies and make improvements.

Co-Design and Localization

  • Co-Design: We work with communities to design programs that are relevant, trusted, and led by local voices.
  • Localization: We build local capacity, support grassroots organizations, and shift power and resources to the communities we serve.

Integration Across Program Pillars

We link data, lived experience, and policy efforts across all our programs to address challenges in a more holistic and coordinated way.
